At NVIDIA's annual GTC conference in San Jose, a strategic partnership was announced between NVIDIA and CrowdStrike, two tech giants, aimed at enhancing cybersecurity through AI. This partnership seeks to secure autonomous agents while accelerating threat investigations, a crucial initiative as cyberattacks continue to rise.

Daniel Bernard, Chief Commercial Officer of CrowdStrike, emphasized the importance of this collaboration by stating that AI agents are no longer just assisting humans but are now making autonomous decisions. Therefore, it is essential to integrate security directly into the AI stack. Justin Boitano, Vice President of Enterprise AI Products at NVIDIA, added that this alliance enables the deployment of secure autonomous agents capable of analyzing threats and acting in real-time, thereby strengthening the cyber resilience of organizations.

Security Built-In from the Ground Up

A key aspect of this partnership is the development of secure agents from the outset, thanks to the integration of security into NVIDIA OpenShell. This open-source environment applies safeguards and policies to secure the deployment of autonomous agents. By combining these tools with CrowdStrike Falcon solutions, companies can continuously monitor their AI agents rather than relying on static protections.

The partnership also focuses on threat detection and automated response. The NVIDIA Agent Toolkit, based on Nemotron and NeMo Data Designer, powers MDR security agents to accelerate investigations. CrowdStrike's Charlotte AI AgentWorks benefits from Nemotron 3 Super, enabling companies to create their own custom agents. Falcon Complete Next-Gen MDR automates high-volume level 1 investigations while maintaining human oversight.

Tests have shown that these innovations allow investigations to be up to five times faster and improve accuracy in activity classification. This automation reduces manual workload and frees analysts for higher-value decision-making.

An Urgent Need for Advanced Solutions

The necessity to secure these agents from their design phase has become urgent, as traditional cybersecurity operations show their limitations. Traditional SOCs are overwhelmed by alerts and struggle to keep pace with the speed of modern attacks. A 2024 study by Vectra AI revealed that 62% of alerts are ignored by teams due to lack of resources or time. In 2025, another survey reported that 77% of SOCs are experiencing a continuous increase in alert volume.
