Aive and Nvidia: A Collaboration for the Future of Video Indexing
The French startup Aive recently unveiled an innovative platform that promises to transform every video into a source of knowledge that is easily accessible and exploitable by artificial intelligences. This advancement relies on the use of the open-source Nemotron models developed by Nvidia, a major player in the field of electronic chips.
The Challenge of Video Indexing
In today's digital world, indexing is no longer limited to traditional search engines like Google or Safari. Artificial intelligence models such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Perplexity now play a crucial role in content indexing. However, videos remain a challenge to understand and index for these technologies.
It is in this context that Aive, specializing in automating video post-production through AI, launched its "Video AEO/GEO/GEA" platform. This platform aims to make every video not only indexable but also understandable and citable by AI agents. To achieve this, Aive relies on Nvidia's Nemotron models, which are known for their ability to process and organize vast amounts of information.
A Technology Tailored for Video
Nvidia's Nemotron models are particularly effective at analyzing and structuring large volumes of data. Combined with Aive's proprietary technology, MGT (Multimodal Generative Technology), they enable the simultaneous extraction and analysis of over 25 different signals from each video. These signals include elements such as scenes, speakers, products, emotions, and many more.
Thanks to this combination, Aive's new platform can automatically identify key elements present in a video, whether they are products, brands, experts, or essential messages. This information is then transformed into knowledge that can be utilized by AI response engines, conversational agents, and next-generation search platforms.
A Renewed Visibility Infrastructure
Rudy Lellouche, co-founder and CPTO of Aive, emphasizes that "indexing has long been designed for text, while video has become the dominant format." With the integration of Nvidia's Nemotron models into their MGT technology, Aive offers a new visibility infrastructure for brands, media, and all video content creators. This approach makes every video reliable, understandable, and citable by artificial intelligences.
Funding for Expansion
With the launch of this platform, Aive strengthens its offering and attracts the attention of brands eager to see their video content cited in AI responses. Communication agencies, media outlets, and television channels can also benefit from this technology to maximize the visibility of their productions.
Founded by Olivier Reynaud, co-founder of Teads, and Rudy Lellouche, former Chief Strategy Officer of Adyoulike, Aive announced last November an extension of its Series A funding, bringing the total financing to €16.5 million. The founders aim to make Aive a major player in artificial intelligence and video. The alliance with Nvidia marks a significant step toward this goal.
