Features and Configuration Options

Karakeep offers the flexibility of cloud usage or self-hosting on your own server. The cloud version is particularly easy to set up. You can test the service with up to 10 bookmarks, but to unlock the AI features, you need to subscribe to the Pro plan, offered at $4 per month. This plan includes the ability to store up to 50,000 articles and provides 50 GB of storage.

For self-hosting enthusiasts, Karakeep is available for free as open source. It can be run as a Docker container on compatible devices, whether they are running Windows, Mac, or Linux.
