Claude Code: Quotas Modified on September 14
Anthropic confirms a revision of the weekly limits for Claude Code starting September 14. The base ceilings will increase by 25%, but the temporary bonus of 50% still in effect until that date means that the actual capacity will decrease compared to today. The publisher states it is working towards more control and transparency and has delivered new technical tools.
New Tools and User Control Announced and Delivered
Anthropic has recently improved the performance of Claude Code and implemented an automated feedback submission tool. If an incident occurs, Claude generates a bug report that the user can review and submit, optionally attaching the conversation log from the session. This feature can be disabled in the settings. Furthermore, Anthropic indicates it is working on developments to give users the impression of getting more from Claude and to provide better control as well as increased transparency regarding usage.

Starting September 14, the base limits for the Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise plans will be raised by 25% compared to the original base. A temporary bonus of 50% remains in effect until that date. As a result, the available capacity after the change will be lower than what users currently enjoy.
Official Confirmation and Key Figure Announced
Claude's official account confirmed on X the modification of usage limits. Anthropic announces that once the new system is in place, the weekly limits for Claude Code will indeed be reduced by 17%.
