For four years, generative artificial intelligence has established itself as a major player in the daily lives of digital professionals. Innovations are coming at a breakneck pace, with new models and autonomous AI agents transforming business processes. It is in this dynamic context that BDM is launching the third edition of its survey on the use of AI by digital professionals.
Measuring the Impact of AI
The goal of this survey is to quantify the concrete impact of AI on professional practices. It aims to track the evolution of usage over time and to understand the associated challenges. The questions posed to participants focus on preferred tools, frequency of use, adoption in companies, as well as the impacts on jobs and the opportunities or barriers identified.
This survey is aimed at all digital professionals who have already experimented with generative AI tools in their work, regardless of their level of usage.

The survey is designed to be quick, taking only a few minutes to complete. It is entirely anonymous, ensuring that no personal data will be collected. The results will be shared in June 2026, providing valuable insights into trends and the adoption of AI in the professional sector.
