Founded in 2025, Glow is developing a platform that allows businesses to monitor and control software, AI agents, and development tools on employees' devices. Roi Tiger, co-founder and CEO of Glow, explained that the arrival of AI at endpoints represents a major shift from the previous decade, where cloud and SaaS dominated. Tiger, a former vice president of engineering at Meta, co-founded Glow with Omer Singer, former head of cybersecurity strategy at Snowflake, Ophir Arie, former vice president of research and development at Claroty, and Arnon Joseph, former head of engineering at Meta. The leadership team also includes Emily Heath, chief operating officer, who previously led information security at United Airlines and Docusign, and served on the board of Wiz during its acquisition by Google for $32 billion.

Promising Beginnings Despite Discretion

Although Glow is still in its early stages, it already has paying clients across various sectors such as healthcare, retail, and financial services. However, the company remains discreet about the identity and number of its clients. According to Tiger, typical deployments of Glow involve tens of thousands of devices within global organizations.

To enhance its platform, Glow utilizes AI models provided by Anthropic and Google via Amazon Bedrock, while developing its own software to offer enterprise context to the models and improve their reliability for security tasks.

Proactive Threat Protection

Glow's platform has already demonstrated its effectiveness by preventing the installation of malicious npm packages, third-party software components used to build applications, in its clients' environments. It has also identified AI agents attempting to integrate such software and detected devices where endpoint detection and response tools were absent or functioning minimally.

Glow is entering an already crowded endpoint security market, dominated by players like CrowdStrike, Microsoft, SentinelOne, and Palo Alto Networks. According to Tiger, current solutions primarily focus on detecting threats after they emerge, while Glow aims to prevent risky software, AI agents, and development tools from entering enterprise environments from the outset.

Expanding International Presence

The startup employs nearly 100 people, with about 70% based in Israel and the rest in the United States. The future will reveal whether AI-native endpoint security platforms will become a distinct category, as businesses are just beginning to understand the security implications of increasingly powerful AI models.
