Remote work, which became widespread during the Covid-19 pandemic, is stabilizing around one to two days of remote work per week for employees. "Full remote" is now rare, except for developers, whose recruitment remains costly and who prefer this work modality.

The ability to create powerful companies without significant financial or human resources could stimulate entrepreneurial spirit on a global scale, further disrupting an already reconfigured job market.
