It is crucial to note that the detector neither records nor understands conversations, thus ensuring user privacy. Audio data is deleted as soon as the tab is closed or detection is stopped.

The tool has been rigorously tested on real and AI-generated audio, demonstrating its ability to differentiate between the two. NordVPN also clarified that the tool does not collect users' identity, browsing history, cookies, or account information, ensuring enhanced privacy protection.
