Salesforce Strengthens Its Leadership Team

Salesforce, facing the potential impact of generative AI on its business model, has recently reorganized its leadership team. An internal organizational chart, revealed by Business Insider, highlights the ten executives who support CEO Marc Benioff during this critical period.

The company, aware of the disruptions that AI could cause, is striving to integrate AI agents into its products. This challenge has led to an executive reshuffle, particularly following the departure of five high-level leaders since December. These changes were formalized at the beginning of the fiscal year, on February 1.

Key Figures in the Organizational Chart

• Robin Washington, President and Chief Operating Officer, joined Salesforce in March 2025 for a newly created role. She oversees operations and financial strategy, drawing on her experience on Salesforce's board since 2013 and as a former CFO of Gilead Sciences.

• Parker Harris, co-founder of Salesforce and CTO of Slack, is responsible for defining the company's long-term technological vision, leading Slack's engineering team.

• Sebastian Niles, President and General Counsel, has managed the legal and corporate affairs organization since 2023, advising on regulation and governance.

• Srinivas Tallapragada, President and Chief of Engineering and Customer Success, integrates AI into Salesforce products, a role he has held since 2012.

• Miguel Milano, President and Chief Revenue Officer, is responsible for sales and product distribution since 2023, following his tenure at Celonis.

• Steve Fisher, President and Chief Product Officer, has taken charge of product strategy since June 2025, including platforms like Data 360 and Agentforce.
