Fi Intelligence is directly integrated into the Fi app, allowing users to access a wealth of information collected through the brand's products. Among these products are the smart collars Fi Series 3 Plus and Fi Mini. These devices gather biometric data that, when combined with documents uploaded by owners, enable the chatbot to provide accurate and personalized responses.
A Tool Designed to Answer Common Questions
In designing Fi Intelligence, Fi identified several common questions that dog owners often ask. These include: "Is my dog walking or sleeping enough?" or "Is he scratching more than usual?" Owners can ask the chatbot questions in simple English and receive detailed answers. The chatbot is capable of addressing these inquiries using a mix of general information about the dog's breed and specific data collected by the collars. Fi Intelligence can also compare your dog's current data to that from previous periods.
A Complement, Not a Substitute, for Veterinary Care
Fi emphasizes that Fi Intelligence is not intended to replace veterinary consultations. On the contrary, the tool is designed to give owners "informed confidence" regarding their dog's health. Darrell Stone, Vice President of Product at Fi, highlights that the tool enables owners to visit the veterinarian better prepared, with specific observations based on weeks of continuous data.

What sets Fi Intelligence apart from other AI agents is its access to a vast repository of data on canine activity, sleep, and behavior, touted as the largest in the world. This wealth of information allows the chatbot to provide detailed responses and compare a dog's current data to that of other dogs of the same breed.
