Customers can now use ChatGPT, the chatbot developed by OpenAI, to customize and order their pizzas. This new application not only allows for placing orders but also provides tailored recommendations based on your budget, dietary preferences, or the number of guests. Little Caesars claims that this technology makes the ordering process as natural as having a conversation.

We want to be where our customers are and offer them an intuitive and natural ordering experience. How Pizza Ordering Works with ChatGPT

To use this service, simply launch ChatGPT on your computer or mobile device. In the ChatGPT interface, you need to go to the app menu and select Little Caesars. Then, you will need to connect your accounts by logging into your Little Caesars account or creating one. From there, you can start placing your order.

You can simply type something like: "Pizzas for five people without meat," and you will receive personalized recommendations for pizzas and sides that match your preferences. You can then refine your order by swapping toppings, adjusting quantities, or adding a cookie dough brownie order.

Once you have reviewed your order, you can finalize your purchase through the Little Caesars app, and your order will be sent to the nearest location for you to pick up when it's ready. You can also schedule an order in advance and track your order in real-time via the app.
