Meta Small Business: Zuckerberg Bets on AI

Meta recently announced the launch of Meta Small Business, an ambitious initiative aimed at supporting entrepreneurship and encouraging the adoption of artificial intelligence. This announcement was reported by Axios on Wednesday, highlighting Meta's commitment to strengthening its support for small businesses.

In a memo addressed to his employees, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg reaffirmed the importance of small businesses to the company's economic model. He noted that tens of millions of entrepreneurs are already using Meta's platforms to grow their businesses and engage with their customers. The company now intends to intensify its efforts in this area.

Zuckerberg expressed his vision of an era where artificial intelligence will make it easier to create new businesses. "We want to build the services that enable this," he wrote, emphasizing the importance of widely sharing the prosperity generated by superintelligence.

The leadership of Meta Small Business will be ensured by Dina Powell McCormick, President and Vice President of Meta, as well as Naomi Gleit, Head of Products. Zuckerberg also invited product managers, designers, engineers, and other interested employees to join this new initiative.
