Currently, Mistral AI is valued at €11.7 billion. The Dutch group ASML holds an 11% stake, making it the company's largest shareholder. Among its recent actions, Mistral AI has made its first two acquisitions by acquiring Koyeb and Emmi AI. The company has also announced an investment of €1.2 billion to build data centers in Sweden. Additionally, it has finalized a loan of $830 million to finance the operation of its first data center in France.

At the "AI Now Summit," Mistral AI unveiled its ambitions to develop a computing capacity of 200 megawatts by 2027, aiming to reach one gigawatt by 2030. These announcements are accompanied by strategic partnerships, including a five-year agreement with Airbus and an alliance with BMW. Mistral AI is now positioning itself as a "full-stack AI company," asserting its rise as an infrastructure player after initially emerging in the large language model (LLM) segment.
