Before a potential IPO, Nscale is in discussions to raise $3.5 billion. The company plans to sell $1.5 billion in convertible notes to a group of investors and is also seeking to secure $2 billion in funding from Nvidia. Nvidia had previously participated in the Series B funding round in March, which raised $1.1 billion led by the Aker fund. Nscale has touted this round as the largest Series B round in European history. In December 2024, a Series A round raised $155 million.
