OpenAI Launches ChatGPT Slides for Paid Subscribers

OpenAI adds a presentation generation feature to ChatGPT that can start from a simple conversation and incorporate feedback to update slides. Presentations can be displayed within ChatGPT or exported to PowerPoint and Google Slides. Access is limited to Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans. Meanwhile, a spreadsheet tool called "ChatGPT Sheets" is in the works.

ChatGPT Slides is accessible only to users with a ChatGPT Pro, Business, or Enterprise subscription. Once the presentation is finalized, it can be projected directly within the ChatGPT interface or exported to third-party tools like PowerPoint and Google Slides. This feature is part of ChatGPT Space.

Presentations Generated from a Discussion and Editable

Users can start creating a presentation through a simple conversation with ChatGPT's AI, then request the generation of slides based on that exchange. It is also possible to ask the AI to update an existing presentation by taking into account the feedback received. Editing tools are available to modify the presentations. ChatGPT Spaces, introduced at the end of September, allows collaboration on documents with AI and other individuals.

OpenAI is preparing to launch a competitor to Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, which is expected to be called ChatGPT Sheets. This week, the company also unveiled ChatGPT Slides, which enables the creation of presentations with the help of AI. At the end of September, OpenAI had already introduced the "Dots" agents, capable of working 24/7 from cloud-based computers, as well as ChatGPT Space, a recently launched collaboration space.
