Plaud One: AI Headphones Available for Pre-order at £229

Plaud launches headphones capable of voice interaction with its AI agent and capturing conversations and calls via eSIM 4G. The Explorer edition is available for pre-order, with included credits and shipments expected this fall.

Pre-order, Pricing, and Voice Command Announced

The Explorer edition of Plaud One is available for pre-order now, priced at £229 ($311). It includes £150 ($204) in Plaud credits. The company expects to begin shipping later this fall. The headphones enable two-way dialogue with Plaud's AI and allow for voice interactions that were not offered on previous devices from the brand. The agent can be activated by saying "Hey Plaud" while wearing the headphones or by holding the dedicated button on the case.

Capture via eSIM 4G and Productivity Integrations

Plaud One will capture and upload ambient conversations and phone calls thanks to an integrated eSIM 4G. The software is expected to provide automatic transcriptions of meetings and can convert them into summaries, follow-ups, or reports. Plaud's agent offers native integration with Google, Gmail, Slack, and Notion. According to its CEO and co-founder Nathan Xu, AI agents become truly useful when they understand the context of human intent, a context that resides in conversation.

Plaud's Hardware Ecosystem and Usage Framework

Plaud is already marketing a slim accessory, wallet-sized, that attaches to the back of the phone, as well as portable pins, all serving as gateways to its software platform. The Plaud One headphones use the same app and are available in an off-white shade. It is important to notify relevant parties when a recording system is in operation, and in some states, recording a phone conversation without the consent of all parties may be against the law. Plaud introduced Plaud One as a new wearable device, unveiled ahead of IFA 2026 in Berlin, with the integration of its AI agent directly into the headphones.
