The tool removes Apple Intelligence models, which occupy about 12 GB of space, and prevents their subsequent download. The command “removemacai revert” allows users to reactivate all features and reauthorize the download of models, while “removemacai status” displays the size of each AI model present on the Mac. RemoveMacAI thus aims to free up storage space by removing these components.
