Christophe Parcot assumes the non-executive presidency of the European Media Marketplace, with a stated goal of developing advertising partnerships. At Matignon, Julien Barnu has been appointed advisor to the Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister on issues of sovereignty, digital, and AI, with a start date scheduled for September 1, 2026. He succeeds Adrien Facon and has expertise in cybersecurity as well as national security. In defense cloud, Bruno de San Nicolas joins OVHcloud, having previously served as France's representative to the NATO Communications and Information Agency, and will structure development in this area. At OUTSCALE, the cloud subsidiary of Dassault Systèmes, Victor Vuillard takes on the role of CISO, responsible for security and compliance, managing cybersecurity, infrastructure, and relations with authorities.
AI, sales, and finance: returns, expanded scopes, and upcoming arrivals
Marie Pellat is leaving Mistral AI to return to Google DeepMind, where she will work on AI applications in healthcare. At Google Cloud, Meriem Terrab joins the Digital Natives team as Startup Activation Account Executive to support French AI startups in developing their products. Claire Calméjane is expanding her scope at Foundever to the UK and Ireland and will lead sales for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. In the software and finance sector, Philippe Vincens is expected to take over the management of Inqom in October 2026, succeeding Romain Passilly, with plans for an expansion of the accounting production platform. Arthur Esteve is joining Payflows as Sales Director France, responsible for business development with financial departments. Finally, Benoit Charpentier is joining Naboo as interim CFO, after a similar role at Malt. Together, these comprise the sixteen movements announced for the upcoming season.
