The €93 million funding round was led by HEADLINE, with participation from BULLHOUND CAPITAL, DAPHNI, FELIX CAPITAL, and historical investors such as AIR STREET CAPITAL, CREANDUM, and POINT NINE. This operation follows a Series A round of €25 million completed in 2025. Founded in 2021 by Ralf Gulde and Marc Tuscher, Sereact is committed to developing an artificial intelligence platform for robots operating in physical environments. The funds raised will accelerate the development of Cortex 2, strengthen teams, and support international expansion, particularly in the United States.
