The fundraising was led by Parkway Venture Capital and included participation from major names such as Nvidia, AMD Ventures, Intel Capital, Qualcomm Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, and ARK Invest. This coalition of prestigious investors reflects the growing strategic interest in personal AI assistants.

A project backed by tech giants

Founded at the end of 2025, Hark has managed to attract attention despite its discretion. Brett Adcock, its founder, is already known for his projects in robotics with Figure AI and electric aviation with Archer Aviation. This reputation has undoubtedly helped convince renowned investors.

The first multimodal models from Hark are expected as early as this summer. They will serve as the foundation for a platform capable of interacting with existing services and devices. The company also plans to develop its own hardware devices to leverage this agentive AI.

This direction sets Hark apart from many current AI startups. While a large part of the market focuses on professional copilots, software automation, or development tools, Hark is directly targeting the everyday user experience.

Why investors are betting on native AI interfaces
